  1. Take a quick break from your computer screen every hour.
  2. At lunch, take a walk especially if the sun is out. The sun provides plenty of Vitamin D to strengthen bones, teeth and muscles.
  3. On work nights, get plenty of sleep, at least 7 hours(no coffee or caffeinated drinks after 6pm).
  4. Talk to friends or family. When you get home, discussing problems with people you trust can release tension and stress.
  5. Most importantly, take time for you, whether it’s watching TV or going away for a couple of days on the weekend. Your mind needs to recover and recharge just as your body does.
